Do you want to place your monthly Essential Rewards Order with Young Living, but not sure how to do it?
As a brief recap, there are two types of orders that you can place with Young Living.
A Quick Order is an order you can place whether you are signed up for Essential Rewards or not. It places your order on the spot when you hit “Submit Order,” but doesn’t accrue Essential Rewards (comparable to “Young Living dollars”).
An Essential Rewards Order is a monthly order that you opt in to when you sign up for the Essential Rewards program. Read the benefits of this program HERE. Your monthly Essential Rewards order can be changed every month to include what you need and want.
In this pictorial, I will walk you step-by-step through changing and placing your monthly Essential Rewards order.
First sign in to your Virtual Office using your Username or Member Number and Password.
This is the “Welcome” screen that will greet you. Note: The banner images might be different, but the layout should be the same.
In the left-hand menu, click the tab called, “Essential Rewards.”
This page, called “Monthly Order,” will load. This is like your Essential Rewards dashboard. You can manage every aspect of your Essential Rewards program here.
To change your Essential Rewards order for this month, click the “View or Change Order” button located in the top left box.
Note: The products from last month remain in your cart and will ship the following month if the cart remains unchanged.
Use the trash icons to delete any items from last month that you don’t want on this month’s order. Click the “Add Products” to add new items to your order.
Once you click the “Add Products” button, you will see this page. To add items, click on any of the categories to view convenient lists of items or you can use the search feature. At any time when you are in this adding products to your Essential Rewards section of your Virtual Office, you can always scroll down to the bottom of the pages to view your cart.
For this example, I clicked on the category called “Essential Oil Singles” (located under Essential Oils and Blends). I need 10 bottles of Cedarwood Essential Oil, so I type in 10 in the quantity field and click “Add Product.” This added 10 bottles of Cedarwood to my cart.
Add whatever products you need to your cart.
Scroll to the bottom of these “Add Product” pages in the Essential Rewards section to view your cart. Once you have all the products you need for this month in your cart, click the “Next Step” button.
On this page, you will get to choose your shipping method, review your order and change your address if needed. When finished, click the “Next Step” button.
On this page, you can add/delete/use a payment method. You can also donate to the Young Living Foundation if desired. When finished, click the “Confirm My Payment Options.”
Yay! Your order has been successfully saved and ready to process on your selected day. On this page you will see a summary of your order – totals, shipping address and payment method.
Remember you can at anytime go back and change any part of your order up to a day before your processing. Just make sure to save your order anytime you make changes. How do you know if your order is saved? The above page confirms that!
